Venessa Freeman is from Kansas City, KS. She started her acting career at church when she was four years old playing an angel in the Christmas program. Through the direction of her High school drama teacher Mrs. Jones, the persistent calls of Mark Frank, and the coaxing of her father she ended up at Coffeyville Community College. This is where she really took off finding her new love in writing. Although she loves to write she still continues to show up on stage and films around the CCC area. She will be leaving CCC in the spring of 2006 and be heading back to Kansas City to attend Rockhurst and University of Missouri in Kansas City to continue her theater career.
